Terms & Conditions
MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Application & Payment:
Online application and payment must be submitted and approved, for membership confirmation. - All fees are subject to a .06625 Sales Tax.
- Fee Structure:
- Initiation Fee: One-time, non-refundable fee of $6,500.
- Annual Fee:
- $5,500 per year for the first two years if reserved before November 1, 2025.
- $7,500 per year if reserved on or after November 1, 2025.
- Enrollment:
Upon approval, receipt of payment, and commitment to this membership agreement, the applicant will be officially enrolled in the 2026/27 ICONA Yacht and Beach Club Membership. - Membership Term:
Membership privileges are active from May 22, 2026, through May 27, 2027. Privileges do not roll over to the following year. - Secondary Member:
Members may designate one Secondary Member on their application. This person must:- Reside at the same address
- Be the spouse, significant other, or child of the Primary Member
- Be 21 years of age or older. Only designated members are authorized to access services and must be present at the time of use.
- Guest Privileges:
Members will receive a select number of guest passes throughout the year to invite others to enjoy membership privileges. Guest access is subject to availability. - Transferability:
Membership privileges are non-transferable to friends or family unless explicitly stated or approved by management.
CONCIERGE ACCESS
Once membership is confirmed, members will be introduced to the ICONA Concierge Team, who will provide seamless assistance with reservations and experiences throughout the ICONA Collection.
YACHT ACCESS
- Members receive a 10% discount on ICONA Yacht rentals (subject to availability).
- All yacht reservations must be made through the Member Concierge.
- Rentals include a Captain and Bartender.
- All food and beverage must be provided by ICONA and can be arranged at an additional cost.
EXCLUSIVE MEMBER EVENTS
All members are invited to participate in a Members-Only Sunset Cruise, hosted every other Thursday in July and August 2026.
- Pricing for food and beverage will be announced.
- Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
ICONA BEACH ACCESS
Members will have access for 2 to the ICONA Beach Service Program, including:
- 2 beach chairs
- Umbrella
- 2 Towels
- Beach tags for 2 individuals
Availability of this service may vary based on weather and operations.
MEMBERS LOUNGE – SKY BAR VIP
- The Sky Bar VIP Lounge is open daily from 4 PM to SUNSET for members only during the season:
Memorial Day through Labor Day, located on the third floor of ICONA Windrift. - Access may vary based on private event bookings.
- Includes complimentary lite bites and bar options available for purchase.
- Reservations are not required, but seating is limited and not guaranteed.
ACCOMMODATIONS
- Same-Day Reservations & Discounts:
Reservation availability and applicable discounts are subject to availability at the time of request.
Members receive 10% off guestroom reservations on select room types at all ICONA and Mahalo properties, with some blackout dates. - Cozy Season Stay:
Each Member is eligible to book one (1) three-night Cozy Season stay at any ICONA or Mahalo location.- Must be booked as a single, continuous stay
- Subject to availability and blackout dates
- Must be booked through the Concierge
- This benefit is non-transferable and does not roll over
TRANSPORTATION
- Parking:
Complimentary parking or valet service is available at ICONA Avalon and ICONA Windrift when Members are utilizing on-site services. Availability is limited and subject to parking capacity. - Shuttle Service:
Members may utilize the ICONA Shuttle Service for on-island transportation between their residence and ICONA Avalon/Windrift locations.- Shuttle access is based on availability
- Must be arranged through the Concierge
FIREPITS & CABANAS
- Members have access to reserve Firepits and Cabanas at a 10% discounted rate, subject to availability.
- Reservations must be made through the Concierge.
RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS
- Members enjoy preferred reservation access at all ICONA Avalon and ICONA Windrift restaurants, including venues that do not typically accept reservations.
- All reservations should be coordinated through the Concierge.
EVENTS
- Members receive waived site fees for the first day of any social, wedding, or corporate event booked directly with the ICONA Sales Team.
- Some restrictions may apply.
- Members will receive priority invitations and early access to all ICONA-hosted programs and events before they are offered to the public.
- Special Members-only pop-up events will be announced throughout the year.
AGREEMENT TERMS
- Members agree to abide by all Membership Terms in effect at the time of agreement.
- Privileges may be revoked at the sole discretion of ICONA Management, with no refund or credit provided.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- This agreement and all associated privileges expire on May 27, 2027, unless renewed.
